Terms and Conditions

Attendance Data Sync
  • Attendance data is automatically synchronized with the server in real time. Any discrepancies in data must be reported to LogAttend Support within 24 hours of occurrence. Failure to do so may result in the discrepancies being considered valid and final.
Final Attendance Records
  • LogAttend's attendance records shall be deemed final and binding for payroll, reporting, and any other official purposes. Organizations and users acknowledge that these records will be relied upon for all calculations related to payroll and attendance.
Data Privacy
  • All data collected by LogAttend, including attendance information, is strictly used for attendance purposes only. LogAttend is committed to complying with all applicable data privacy regulations, including but not limited to GDPR or any other local laws, ensuring that your data is kept confidential and secure.
Identity Card Responsibility
  • Users are responsible for the safekeeping, functionality, and availability of their tagged identity cards. Any loss, damage, or failure to keep the card in a functional state may lead to access issues and other administrative consequences.
Confidentiality of Data
  • Attendance data will not be shared with any third party without a legal obligation or written consent from the organization. All data is treated with utmost confidentiality, and sharing will occur only under circumstances required by law.
Device Maintenance
  • Organizations are responsible for maintaining the operational status of any installed LogAttend devices. This includes ensuring that devices are fully functional and operational, and addressing any technical issues that arise with the devices.
Device Support and Updates
  • LogAttend commits to providing regular updates, system enhancements, and device support. This includes software updates, security patches, and technical support as necessary. LogAttend will notify organizations in advance when updates or maintenance are required.
Manual Attendance Recording for Hardware Issues
  • In the event of hardware failure or malfunction, users must manually record their attendance. The organization must notify LogAttend Support immediately, who will then assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Prohibited Activities
  • Any misuse of the system, including but not limited to card duplication, tampering, or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate deactivation of the involved cards, penalties, or legal action as deemed appropriate by LogAttend.
Audit Rights
  • LogAttend reserves the right to conduct audits of the system usage at any time to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. Such audits may include reviewing user access, data usage, and the operational integrity of the system.
Lost/Damaged/Stolen Identity Cards
  • In the event that an identity card is lost, damaged, or stolen, the user must immediately report the incident to the organization. The organization is then responsible for deactivating the affected card to prevent any misuse. LogAttend will not be liable for any misuse resulting from a lost or stolen card until it is deactivated.
Replacement Cards
  • Replacement cards will incur an additional charge. This fee is to cover the cost of issuing a new identity card and any administrative work involved.
New User Enrollment
  • Organizations must notify LogAttend when adding new users to the system. This ensures that identity cards and UHF tags are issued in a timely manner and that access privileges are correctly configured.
System Development and Stability
  • The system is currently in its final development and stabilization phase. As such, temporary service interruptions or bugs may occur. Users are encouraged to report any bugs or issues to LogAttend Support, and efforts will be made to resolve these issues promptly.
Resale Prohibition
  • Organizations are not permitted to resell or offer the LogAttend system or any of its services to other parties without obtaining prior written consent from LogAttend. Unauthorized reselling or redistribution of the system will result in legal action and/or immediate termination of the service.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable
  • All software, identity cards, and hardware (including but not limited to readers, antennas, and display boards) are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
Payment Method
  • All payments must be made directly to LogAttend’s official account. LogAttend is not liable for any fraud committed by individuals falsely claiming to represent the company. Users and organizations should always verify payment instructions through official support contacts.
Subscription Terms
  • LogAttend services are provided on a yearly financial-year subscription basis. To renew the service for the next financial year, payment for the new financial session must be made in advance to continue availing services.
UHF Reader & Maintenance Cost
  • UHF reader and maintenance cost is free for the first year. Starting from the next financial year, device maintenance will be chargeable at the applicable rates.
Software Support
  • LogAttend will provide software support within 48 hours of receiving a support request.
Software-related Technical Issues
  • Software-related technical issues will be resolved within 7 days.
Reader Hardware Issues
  • Reader hardware issues will be resolved within 3 business days.
Jurisdiction for Legal Disputes
  • All legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh only.
